All of our trampoline parks are custom-made built to suit the customer. Once our engineering department has finalized all drawings and the bill of materials, supervisors from the metal and fabric departments review the e-drawings to ensure there are no mistakes or potential hazards.
Material engineering begins in the metal department where we cut all of the metal tubing to specified lengths per our engineering department. From there, the tubes move to the plasma table for cutting the appropriate bolt and spring holes needed for assembly. Some of the tubes move to the welding department for any required special welds. After all of the metal work is complete, the tubes are powder-coated. The shipping department then rechecks the order to ensure all parts are accounted for and then banded on pallets for shipment.
The pad department relies heavily on the design team and the sewing department. Once the pads are designed and sewn, they move to our pad staffers. The staffers cut the appropriate size foam and fill the pads. After the pads are filled with foam, each one is measured for correct sizing. After correct sizes are achieved, the pads are ready to be shipped.
Once all components of the trampolines are shipped to the job site, our installers take over. They oversee the park's on-site layout and construction. In domestic standard sale includes full installation support led by experienced installers. The average install requires 12 to 14 days. Our experienced-lead men can assist your team of local labor or we can supply a full installation team anywhere in the world.
With years of experience, our installers are able to eliminate most installation obstacles they encounter. Shipping and metal fabrication have significantly improved over time and trampoline mats and pads are some of the most vibrant colors you will see.
New park owners are encouraged to complete all graffiti and graffiti on the walls, disco and laser lighting, HVAC, cameras and all electrical work prior to installation of a custom trampoline park to avoid complications and time delay in the installation process.
